  • If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time your booking may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Pricing & Payment

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via phone, online transfer or other agreed methods.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled cleaning are no charge.
  • Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning may incur a 50% service fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning may result in a full service fee.
  • No-shows or failure to provide the full service fee applies.
  • We reserve the right to waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your cleaning:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your service completion.
  • We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully completed and accepted.
  • We do not offer refunds for circumstances outside our control such as pre-existing damage or staining.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If any area was missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction, we will return and fix it free of charge, provided you notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear or items that were fragile or improperly secured.
